Louis Horta is a Viticulturist/Winemaker, and a California licensed real estate agent
specializing in vineyards, vineyard land and wineries. Louis represents buyers and sellers through Frank Howard Allen Realtors Wine Country Group in California, and Horta Vineyards International in partnership with specialized brokering houses in Europe. Louis has been involved in numerous high-end vineyard and winery transactions, and uses his multinational experience and linguistic skills to help clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

Horta Vineyards International is a collaboration of professionals, dedicated to providing a variety of services to the wine industry. The group’s objective is to facilitate investors venturing in new wine districts, domestic and abroad, with a source of specialized services, applied with the intent to mitigate regional-specific challenges generally encountered in unfamiliar territories.
